Where do orders ship from?
Directly from our supplier’s warehouse in China. We say so plainly so there are no surprises, and your parcel comes with a tracking number once it has shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated 7–15 days after dispatch for most items and 12–20 days for electrical items, plus a short processing time. These are estimates, not guarantees; each product page shows its own estimate.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is included in every price you see. No extra fee at checkout.
Can I return something?
